The manager of Team Spirit explained why Dyrachyo decided to leave the Dota 2 pro scene

Last updated:  Korb3n and Dyrachyo

Anton "Dyrachyo" Shkredov had previously stepped away from Dota 2 and might have been disappointed after diving back due to the lack of emotions he was experiencing. This could be the reason behind his decision to go inactive to rest once again.

This was shared by Dmitriy "Korb3n" Belov, Team Spirit manager, on his Telegram channel.

"I’m really waiting for some press release from Anton. I have a feeling that his return didn’t bring him the adrenaline he expected, and he just got tired of playing competitive Dota. He can earn money from streaming or ambassador roles. In general, he decided to live his life. If this turns out to be true, I’ll be sad. ***** about ‘leaving at the peak’—keep that to yourselves. A fool could still play for another 2-3 years at this very peak. Well, just thoughts out loud"

Korb3n is convinced that Dyrachyo couldn’t access the thrill that he was seeking, which led to him losing motivation to be active. He added that the esports athlete is not after the prize money and is able to make money through other streams. What he lacked was the adrenaline, but at the same time, he was not given any.

The manager pointed out that Dyrachyo intends to have a press conference in which he will elaborate on his decision in greater detail.

Before, Tundra Esports said that Dyrachyo was retiring from Dota 2 and that PGL Wallachia 3 would be his final tournament.
