Alexander “Torontotokyo” Hertek believes that
BetBoom Team’s management decided to stop investing in Dota 2 esports division.
The player shared this opinion on Twitch.
“They just decided not to spend money on Dota anymore. There’s nothing wrong with that.
I won’t be coaching. It doesn’t seem to make sense anymore. Other guys will finish out the last three tournaments, but without me.”
The esports player noted that he does not plan to continue his career in a new role as a coach following the disbandment of the
BetBoom Team roster. Acording to Alexander “Torontotokyo” Hertek, he currently sees no point in such a decision. The esports player added that the rest of his teammates from
BetBoom Team will finish the last tournaments without him.
As a reminder, the former
BetBoom Team players will continue to compete under the DO KONCA banner. Gleb “kiyotaka” Zyryanov has joined the team, and Vitaly “Save-” Melnik has returned to the support position.
