Abdul “Degster” Hasanov believes that the developers were too hasty in removing the Train map from the Counter-Strike 2 map pool.
The player shared this opinion on Telegram.
"Valve gave up on Train too quickly. They tried to keep Vertigo until the very end, but this map, which really had potential, was scrapped without a second thought.
As for Anubis, the main question is whether there will be any changes. Or will they just bring back the old map? Personally, I hope they have some reworks in store for us. Otherwise, I can't understand this change at all.
My advice: don't rush to learn the new grenades. We really don't know what they have in mind."
Acording to the esports player, the developers tried for a long time to fix the situation with the popularity of the Vertigo map, and Train was removed fairly quickly, even though it had more potential. Abdul “Degster” Hasanov also wondered whether the developers plan to make changes to the Anubis map or simply return it to its old form.
Earlier, dataminer Thour revealed when the developers will add the new Cache map to Counter-Strike 2.
