Chopper Praises Magixx as Team Spirit Captain

Leonid “Chopper” Vishnyakov speaks highly of Boris “magixx” Vorobyov’s achievements as captain of Team Spirit, considering him a worthy successor.

“I know that Borya Magixx does 90% of the work for the team at PGL Astana, where Hally wasn’t present. So, kudos to him—what a successor. It’s an honor just to speak of him.”

According to Leonid “Chopper” Vishnyakov, Boris “magixx” Vorobyov took on a great deal of responsibility at PGL Astana when the team was left without a coach, and he handled all the tasks with dignity. The former Team Spirit captain believes the team has significantly improved its preparation through hard work, and a potential victory at the IEM Cologne Major 2026 could be a major milestone for the esports organization.

“Borya is an absolute gem. You can tell the work has been done; they’ve found the keys to their game. I hope this victory will give them a lot of confidence for the Major. Can you imagine, two tournaments in a row: first a home Major right here in Astana, and then a real Major in Cologne. If that happens—it’ll be epic. Everyone will be happy.”
