Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk showed that he passed the mark of 17 thousand MMR, becoming the 7th player in the world to do it.
The two-time Dota 2 world champion bragged about the achivement in his Telegram channel.
Yatoro didn’t comment his milestone and just posted a screenshot where the coveted number and his recent match results can be seen. It’s worth noting that recently the pro managed to play 18 matches, 13 of which he won, and 5 he lost.

It’s also interesting that the champion played at least three matches per day to reach the record MMR mark. It’s worth to mention that the player doesn’t really grind MMR, since he said himself that usually those who take first place in the leaderboard don’t win Dota 2 tournaments.
Earlier rare footages appeared showing Yatoro angrily hitting the table during the tournament.
