Valve has provided Dota 2 players with a pleasant surprise in patch 7.35c

The Ancient Dragon King cosmetic item can now be used not only during the Year of the Dragon, and several interactive features have been added to decorate the Throne, pleasantly surprising fans in patch 7.35c.

The corresponding information appeared on the official Dota 2 developer's blog at Steam.

Previously, the cosmetic item Ancient Dragon King could only be used during the Year of the Dragon, but now this restriction has been lifted. Moreover, the ability to give a high-five to this mighty creature and receive a special visual effect has been added.

Additionally, after a rampage, the dragon will emit a loud roar that will be heard throughout the map. Fans were pleased with the new changes, significantly increasing the value of the Ancient Dragon King, which can still be obtained from the Dragon's Gift treasure until the end of the festive event on March 7th.
