Topias "Topson" Taavitsainen, the midlaner of Tundra Esports, admitted that he is so tired of the standard hero pool in the current patch that he is forced to pick heroes that don't quite fit the team's draft.

He talked about this during an interview at DreamLeague Season 23.

"When you get so bored with what's happening, you have to think about finding something new. Otherwise, I'll go crazy if I have to play another day on Zeus or something like that. That's my motivation. Even if the choice is not the most optimal, I have to make it to stay sane"

The stagnation of the patch explained the unconventional hero picks in matches by the esports player. According to his words, he would simply lose it if he continued playing the standard picks of the current meta. He emphasized that he understands the risks and the fact that his choices don't always align with the team's synergy, but he goes for it anyway.
