In compliance with the requirements of ESL, Gaimin Gladiators dressed their chairs with their team jerseys. Thus, covering the PGL logo – this is a competing tournament organizer. Otherwise, if they didn’t do that, the team could also have been given some penalty.

He made this clear on his Telegram channel GG manager Oleg "Jak2oO" Porotnikov.

“Also, PGL wouldn’t let us tape our chairs using duct tape (to avoid any damages). To evade sanctions from tournament organizers our chairs were dressed”

Additionally he clarified that while Heroic had simply taped over their chairs, Gaimin Gladiators were not allowed to follow suit. Therefore the decision was made by the team to just use club uniforms in order to save themselves from any penalties coming from PGL or ESL.

It is important to note that earlier Gaimin Gladiators had received an invitation for The International 2024 qualifications from Valve what scared them.
