S1mple Reveals How Much Time He Spends Training in CS2

Alexander “S1mple” Kostylev stated that he has recently been spending at least 10 hours a day training in Counter-Strike 2.

The player’s statement was posted on Telegram.

“Lately, I’ve been playing CS2 for at least 10 hours a day.

My current routine: I meet up with the team at 10:00 a.m., train until 6:00 p.m., rest for 2 hours, then get up and keep playing.”

Acording to Alexander “S1mple” Kostylev, he trains with the team during the first half of the day. BC.Game’s training sessions run from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., after which the esports player rests and spends his free time in the evening working on his individual training.
