RAMZES666 made a bold statement about MMR in the professional Dota 2 scene

Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev made a declaration about his automatic disdain based on MMR alone stating that Dota 2 is not a game where rank is the defining factor when it comes to the playing of the game at a professional level.
The star player shared this opinion during a Twitch stream.
“Rank in Dota means absolutely nothing, if you have ever been at the professional scene you know how things unfold behind the curtains, so I ranked 500th at TI big deal, what has it got to do with anything? You tell me. If I’m ranked 500th is it said that I will be lesser than SpeedMan, you would be wrong to say that, it is illogical, wherever you place I cannot understand how that would be the case, that is why rank doesn’t matter, Ace was ranked 2000th for the entirety of last year”
RAMZES666 reminded viewers that he managed to qualify for The International despite having only a 500th rank. Moreover, he emphasized that Marcus “Ace” Hoelgaard had a 2000th rank last year, yet Gaimin Gladiators still delivered excellent results at tournaments.
This is evident through his last statement which showcased how esports players who have lower rank than an average Dota 2 fan do not mean they play worse than those fans.
Earlier Alimzhan “Watson” Islambekov made commentary about how Ilya your Mulyarchuk managed to dethrone him in being at the top of the Dota 2 Leaderboard.
