Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev believes that the update to Dota 2’s rating system has had a positive impact on the quality of matches in the matchmaking system.
The player shared this opinion on Telegram.
“Yes, it’s improved a little bit, to be honest. Just a tiny bit.”
However, according to Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev, these changes aren’t as significant as the esports player would like. The developers at Valve adjusted the Dota 2 rating system with the release of Patch 7.41e. Now, all players’ MMR ranges from 1 to 9,500, but the minimum rating required to participate in Immortal Draft mode remains at 8,500.
As a reminder, Evgeny “Noticed” Ignatenko previously shared his thoughts on the new ranking system in Dota 2.
