NS pointed out an interesting nuance about Team Spirit: the team might win The International for the third time

Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov reiterated that last year, Team Spirit also had a terrible start of the season but eventually overcame adversities and became winners in both Riyadh Masters and The International 2023.

He said that during his streaming on Twitch.

"Spirit is always being written off by everyone – lose two tournaments, **** for a month, and all are like “team ****”. It was the same way it is now. Spirit stumbled for half a year, played like shit, then woke up for Riyadh Masters 2023 and The International 2023 and won both"

He stated that few lost tournaments do not mean anything at all; moreover, current world champions could become three-time TI winners, an achievement which didn’t happen to any other Dota2 team before.

"If they are persistently holding onto their roster then there have been no something majorly wrong?” This is not so much about chemistry or one player annoying another. They’ve simply had a series of unfavorable events. Once again, they’ve made it through them, corrected mistakes and returned to the top. In fact, Spirit remains the best team; they have only ever made one change in their lineup"

He added that the team experiences great stability with changing of only midlaner over time showing excellent Team Spirit and strong relationships among players.
