Alexander "Nix" Levin acknowledged that he was going to return to Dota 2 streaming this year, however, his streaming format would be entirely different from the previous ones since he would not want to overexert himself.
He revealed this information during a Twitch stream.
“Do you plan to cast this year? I think yes. But I will not be able to do this for a few more years in the same format. I simply can’t understand what the point is. It would be the case of pushing myself to the limits and putting in so much effort to achieve something, not anymore. I have done the things I wanted to do. I will try to think about how this can work with me in terms of health. But it’s still vague”
The streamer and a former esports athlete argued that Nix would still keep up with Dota 2 events but would move away from the overexerting and a few other things that would change the format heading into the future. Nix, casting for so long became a process of forceful motivation, fine casting through sheer willpower. But now he has achieved his goals, true as for him he is looking for new formats but has yet to uncover the most effective one to use.
However, the streamer notes that any plans to change whatever or various Dota 2 tournaments that he moves in have not been stated by him.
It’s worth recalling that Nix also previously criticized the prospective transfer of larl from
Team Spirit.
