Dota 2 commentator Vladimir "Maelstorm" Kuzminov has compiled a rating of participants in the upcoming DreamLeague Season 21 championship, and he published the tier list on his Telegram channel.

- In the list of favorites, he highlighted teams Gaimin Gladiators, Team Spirit, and Team Liquid as the primary contenders for victory.
- Further down the list, you can find BetBoom Team, Tundra Esports, and 9 Pandas, and according to Kuzminov, these teams also have a chance for success.
- In the B, C, and D categories, ratings were given to teams Entity Gaming, Talon Esports, Quest Esports, Shopify Rebellion, OG, and Evil Geniuses.
DreamLeague Season 21 is all set to kick off on September 18, 2023, and will run until September 24, 2023. The tournament will feature 12 teams competing for glory.
