Chopper announced the end of his career as a CS2 pro player

Leonid “Chopper” Vishnyakov stated that he no longer wishes to return to professional CS2 as a player.

The former esports player’s statement was posted on Telegram.

“I won’t be playing anymore. In the future, I’ll consider coaching, but as a player, I’m done. I’m completely burned out from my pro career.”

According to Leonid “Chopper” Vishnyakov, the reason for his definitive retirement is a strong sense of burnout from the esports discipline. However, the former Team Spirit captain hasn’t ruled out the possibility of pursuing a career as a CS2 coach in the future.

As a reminder, Leonid “Chopper” Vishnyakov previously spoke out about Team Spirit’s losses at ESL Pro League Season 24.
