Team Spirit almost suffered a technical defeat after enduring a DDOS attack in the grand final of DreamLeague Season 25.
The astonishing incident took place during the clash against
Tundra Esports.
Denis “Larl” Sigitov and Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov were repeatedly targeted by hackers during a period which was difficult for them to play.
Team Spirit was on a 20 minute pause and if they continued for longer than that pause,
Team Spirit would have had a technical loss in the fourth map.

Analysts observed that like many other Dota 2 Tournaments, this tournament had its share of invite spam attacks where it was much harder for the victims to defend. Because of that, the game had to be moved ahead to March 4.
Earlier, Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov said openly his reasons for why
Team Spirit decided to cut Miroslav “Mira” Kolpakov from the team.
