Danil “Gpk” Skutin has left the
BetBoom Team Dota 2 roster and has gone inactive with the esports organization.
The player announced this on Telegram.
“I’ve decided to take a break. It will likely last until the new year. I’m a bit worn out mentally and physically after two long seasons.
My plan is to take care of my health, get a couple of checkups, stream some different games for you, and then return to competitive Dota with renewed energy!
I’m not ending my career! You’ll have to wait a while.”
According to a statement by Danil “Gpk” Skutin, the esports player decided to take a break because he’s tired after two seasons of nonstop play. However, the player promised to return to the pro scene early next year. Gpk added that he isn’t ending his career, but plans to address some health issues and devote time to streaming. At this time, it’s unknown who will replace him on
BetBoom Team.
