BetBoom Team officially announced the suspension of its Dota 2 division.
The announcement was made on Telegram.
“Our current competitive results do not align with our ambitions or the direction we envision for the organization.
Four years ago, Dota 2 was the starting point for our team. During this time, we’ve been through a lot together: major victories and defeats, tournaments across different time zones, trophies, roster reshuffles, and countless moments that have become part of our history.
Today, we’re taking a break to consider our next steps. All players on the current roster have been moved to the bench.
We’re not saying goodbye. Stay tuned for updates!
According to the esports organization’s announcement, this decision was made because the Dota 2 roster’s results did not meet the organization’s ambitions. The club will likely return to the esports scene, as
BetBoom Team representatives have mentioned a suspension of operations rather than a complete shutdown of the Dota 2 division. All players on the roster have been moved to the bench.
