Marks “Yekindar” Galinskis considers his MVP award at PGL Masters Bucharest proof that age doesn’t matter in esports.
The player shared this opinion on Telegram.
“It’s incredibly tough… Man, the finals are always a nightmare. The guys from Nemiga did a great job. It was incredibly tough to play against them. Thanks to everyone for the support. This is my first MVP of my career. I don’t even know what to say.
I’ve come close to MVP a couple of times, but… It’s cool. Age isn’t a problem. Anyway. Here’s more proof that age is just a number. I’m 27 years old, and I won MVP. That’s how it is.”
According to Mareks “Yekindar” Galinskis, the esports player had come close to winning the MVP award several times in his career, but only managed to secure it at the age of 27. The player also acknowledged that the grand final proved to be quite challenging for the Furia roster, noting the high level of preparation shown by their opponents from Nemiga.
As a reminder, Danil “molodoy” Golubenko previously commented on Furia’s victory at PGL Masters Bucharest.
