Frank Speaks Out After Being Kicked from PlayTime

Frank “Frank” Arias stated that he was not involved in the “322 incident” at the Esports World Cup 2026, which led to his disqualification, and that his departure from PlayTime is in no way related to the investigation.

The former PlayTime coach made this statement on his personal Instagram page.

“My departure from PlayTime is in no way related to the investigation. I had no involvement in the events currently under investigation. I believe this investigation will shed light on the entire situation. I am grateful to PlayTime for the opportunity to represent the organization. I wish the organization and my former teammates all the best.

I will continue to improve every day and seek out new opportunities for myself. Right now, my goal is to test my skills outside of South America. I want to grow and compete at the highest level.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me. This entire situation has in no way affected my desire to continue working toward my goals. I believe it was important to write this to prevent any speculation that could harm my career.”

PlayTime’s former coach expressed his gratitude to the esports organization for the opportunity to work with the roster and also stated that he plans to continue developing his Dota 2 skills in order to join a world-class team. The esports player also noted that the incident at the 2026 Esports World Cup had no impact on his desire to continue his career on the pro scene.

As a reminder, Elvis “Scofield” Peña previously commented on the incident involving the suspension of Frank “Frank” Arias and Gonzalo “Darkmago” Herrera at the 2026 Esports World Cup due to suspicions of 322.
