Mikhail “Misha” Agatov said that in working with his new team,
Paseka Team, he uses a Tier 1 approach, trying to show young players how a professional team works.
The former
OG coach spoke about this on Twitch.
“There were other options for players in this project. I contacted Tema Avice, and there was such an option. The goal of the project is to show novice players how a real team works and functions internally. I use training and methods that are used in Tier 1 teams. We are talking not only about CIS teams, but also about European ones.”
According to Mikhail “Misha” Agatov, he uses the experience of such pro-scene favorites as
PARIVISION and
Team Spirit in his work with his team so that his new players can see how the best professional Dota 2 teams work. The esportsman believes that his approach is very different from a standard media project.
"I want to show other coaches, novice players, and ordinary guys who watch Dota how it all looks. You watch PARIVISION and Team Spirit play from the other side, and now you have the opportunity to find out how they live and talk during training between games, how they argue. To show the inner workings of a real team. I think it's very different from streaming tournaments. Here, everything is serious, the focus is on results, not on rofls and observing each other."
Earlier, Mikhail “Misha” Agatov called on developers to start working on Dota 3 to take the game to a new level of development.
