Former OG coach assesses changes in Rue’s gameplay following his role change at Team Spirit

Mikhail “Misha” Agatov believes that the transition from the fourth support position to the fifth has had a positive impact on Alexander “Rue” Filin’s performance.

“Rue stood out to me even before the finals. In absolutely every game they played, his movement was perfect, his initiation was perfect, his laning was perfect, and his behavior in team fights was perfect. He knows when to farm.

To be honest, I don’t know where he came from, but he was ranked No. 1 during The International, while Yatoro was No. 2. Honestly, I don’t know where he got that from. He played as a four, and he was a pretty good four. But when he switched to five, it was as if he unlocked his full potential.”
