Andreas Frank “Cr1t” Nielsen believes that Alexander “Rue” Filin deserved the MVP title at The International 2026 Dota 2 tournament.
The player made this statement on X.
“There’s so much talk about Yatoro and Collapse, and quite deservedly so, but for me, Rue is the MVP. He recently switched from position four to position five. That’s not easy at all, believe me, guys.”
Acording to Andreas Frank “Cr1t” Nielsen, most fans rightfully single out Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk and Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov, but it is Alexander “Rue” Filin who deserves the title of Most Valuable Player, as he was able to demonstrate a high level of gameplay after switching from the fourth to the fifth suport position—an achievement the esports player considers very difficult.
As a reminder, it was previously reported that Andreas Frank “Cr1t” Nielsen may leave
Team Falcons along with Oliver “Skiter” Lepko.
