Anton “dyrachyo” Shkredov stated that he was initially calibrated at 3,000 MMR when he started playing Dota 2.
The player made this statement on Twitch.
“My first rating was, I remember, 3,000 MMR, but I don't remember how many games I had at the time.”
Anton “dyrachyo” Shkredov also noted that he now misses team games in matchmaking, when he could play with friends or his girlfriend for fun, which is now unavailable. Moreover, the player believes that with a rating of more than 7,000 MMR, it is impossible to enjoy the game. According to the esportsman, he currently has no rating in Dota 2, but he assumes that he will receive about 12,000 MMR after calibration.
"Back then, there was a party rating, and it used to be very cool. You know, sometimes you want to play in a party with your girlfriend, with friends, something like that, just have fun in Dota, but it's impossible. You don't play Dota for fun. If you have more than seven thousand or something like that, you're not allowed to have fun in Dota, which is very upsetting.
And anyway, what difference does MMR make? For example, I don't have an MMR, but when I get one, it will most likely be 12,000, I have a feeling. The most important thing is just to have fun."
As a reminder, Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov resumed playing in Dota 2 matchmaking, losing 11 of his first 13 matches.
