Dastan “Dastan” Akbaev stated that he harshly criticizes his
PARIVISION players so that they realize the high level of competition on the CS2 pro scene.
The
PARIVISION coach made this statement in an interview with HLTV.
“My goal is for them to always remain hungry for victory, because now they have money. Before, they were poor guys with nothing in their pockets, and now they’re getting some money. And maybe they think it will always be this way. I want to tell them that the Tier 1 scene is tough; you have to constantly develop, create something new, and always update your map vision."
Acording to Dastan “Dastan” Akbaev, the coach would like
PARIVISION players not to take their increased income for granted, understanding that they are in a highly competitive environment. Nevertheles, Dastan admitted that he regrets some of the things he said to his players and agreed that he should have better controlled his emotions.
“Yes, of course, I regret some of the things I said, for example, in the interview in Bucharest. I think I wanted the young players to feel that things are serious. Maybe I should show less emotion when the cameras are rolling. But people don’t know what goes on behind the scenes.”
As a reminder,
PARIVISION recently returned to the top 10 of the CS2 pro scene rankings.
