The captain of BetBoom Team made a bold statement about Team Spirit

BetBoom Team captain “Save-” has stated that the victory over Team Spirit in ESL One Bangkok confirms that their roster is the best in the EEU region.

He made this statement in a post-match interview at ESL One Bangkok 2024.

"I believe our team is the strongest in our region. We’ve beaten all the top teams from our region in this tournament – we defeated PARIVISION and Spirit. That’s why I think we’re the best"

People always remembered Team Spirit as a dominant team and complex to defeat. Well, according to Save, BetBoom Team overcame the top competitors of the region. As many analysts inform, the team has finally won once again a Tier-1 tournament after many years' efforts which indeed leads to a feeling of validation. Moreover, as analysts emphasize, Team Spirit seems to be a bit weaker than their best versions which explains why people see BetBoom Team as the strongest team within Eastern Europe.

This weak version of Team Spirit has also sparked the debate on whether BetBoom Team can win most important tournament of the ESL One Bangkok 2024 Dota 2 series.
