Malr1ne Cites the Reason for SabeRLighT’s Failure

Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak believes that Jonas “SabeRLighT” Wolek’s skill level does not meet the current demands of the Dota 2 pro scene.

The player shared this opinion on Twitch.

“This SabeRLighT guy—he’s a ‘bot’ too. He doesn’t know how to call plays either. His understanding of the game is like mine was five years ago. He relies purely on instinct. That is, he feels like he should do something a certain way. But in Dota these days, you can’t get by on instinct alone, unfortunately.”

Acording to Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak, Jonas “SaberLight” Wolek’s current skill level is roughly equivalent to what he had five years ago. The esports player believes that SaberLight relies on instinct in his gameplay, which is a losing strategy in today’s competitive environment.

As a reminder, Jonas “SaberLight” Woolek previously shared his impressions of playing for Team Nemesis.
