BC.Game CEO Ali Muhannad stated that the main challenge in working with the Counter-Strike 2 roster lies in finding talented players who can gel with Alexander “S1mple” Kostylev and Denis “Electronic” Sharipov.
The statement from the esports organization’s CEO was reported by HLTV.
“ I talk to him a lot, and he understands that it’s not about what he deserves, but about what the team deserves. He says he feels perfectly fine, that he’s ready to take a backseat, that he doesn’t necessarily have to be the main star. He wants to help others shine.
And, of course, we want to bring in people who can work alongside him, TaZ, and electroNic. That’s where the pressure lies. The pressure isn’t about finding players who will deliver results for his sake.
You could sign someone really strong, like donk, but he might not click with s1mple, electroNic, or TaZ. I think that’s the hardest part. It’s like a little puzzle, you know? In my opinion, that’s the hardest part behind the scenes.”
According to Ali Mukhannad’s statement, Alexander “S1mple” Kostylev is not opposed to BC.Game’s gameplay being built around the potential of young and promising players, and the legendary esports athlete himself is ready to take a backseat on the team. Nevertheless, the club’s CEO noted that it is important to find a player who can gel with him and Denis “Electronic” Sharipov.
As a reminder, Alexander “S1mple” Kostylev previously hinted at a possible move to another esports organization.
