Arteezy will leave Shopify Rebellion after The International 2024, - Magician

Alexey Slabukhin called “Magician” by many, the former leader of HellRaisers has claimed that Artur Babaev a legendary player known as Arteezy who is now a carry for Shopify Rebellion will most likely not have his contract with them renewed and also leave the team if not retire from professional Dota 2 completely.

This forecast was made by Magician on his Telegram channel.

“There’s about a 99% chance that Artur will become a streamer. His contract will probably not be extended and no other team will sign him. Only, it is tough to leave empty-handed. Yet, one cannot expect any choices when there is no salary being offered”

He feels the chances are low for the pro player to keep playing in the pro scene and he would opt for streaming instead. According to Magician, there are little chances that other teams will take up Arteezy. What is more interesting though is Jonas Volek, formerly of this players’ team SaberLight who recently said among other things that Arteezy was trash in an interview after leaving the club
