Arteezy made bold accusations against Valve

Artour "Arteezy" Babaev claims that the revenuedecline for pub games in Dota 2 matchmaking happened because Valve does not take any actions apart from issuing wave bans every once in a while.

His outrageous claims were made during a Twitch stream.

“Why is the quality of the matchmaking matchmaking games this low? It’s simple. Valve loves to do banwaves, like every two and a half years they would write an article about how they banned three and a half million accounts, and everyone would just consume it and say ‘Look, Valve is trying to do something, maybe we should stop critiquing them?’"

He claims that The Valve does get around to banning offenders, it is only done periodically. This lack of attention results to an overflow of issues for matchmaking. Arteezy thinks that Valve needs to pay more attention to the public matchmaking options and actively work to improve them.

Earlier, Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko proffered that for $10,000, Valve should consider employing Dota 2 pro’s.
