Zont1x Discusses How hally and S0tF1k Work with Team Spirit

Miroslav “zont1x” Plakhotya believes that working with two coaches has a positive impact on Team Spirit’s CS2 training.

The player shared his thoughts on Telegram.

“I think Hally focuses more on the game plan—on how we play as a team. S0tF1k talks more about how to execute our plans; we watch demos with him. We’re able to get more done in less time. To be honest, a system with just one coach is very complicated. You have to think about so many things—it’s too much for one person.”

According to Miroslav “zont1x” Plakhoty, Sergey “hally” Shavaev focuses more on developing the team’s gameplay, while Dmitry “S0tF1k” Forostyanko is responsible for devising strategies to implement the team’s plans. The esports player admits that with two coaches, the team accomplishes much more, which is why he considers this system more effective.
