Mareks “Yekindar” Galinskis stated that the players on Furia’s Counter-Strike 2 roster are extremely dissatisfied with their team play and individual preparation following the team’s early exit from the BLAST Rivals tournament.
The player made the statement on Telegram.
"Hello everyone from sunny America. We lost badly yesterday. There are no excuses. We’re extremely unhappy with our play and our individual form. But life goes on; sometimes we lose. I know we let you down a little—maybe a lot—but we’ll keep training, working, and improving. Thank you all so much for your support.
Our next tournament will be PGL Astana. This is the tournament where it all began. See you in Kazakhstan.”
Acording to a statement by Mareks “Yekindar” Galinskis, the player believes there are no excuses for his team’s defeat, but the esports athlete promised fans that the roster will work on their preparation ahead of the upcoming PGL Astana tournament.
FURIA exited BLAST Rivals after two losses to GamerLegion and FaZe Clan in the group stage.
As a reminder, earlier Alexey “OverDrive” Biryukov accused FURIA of 322 at the BLAST Rivals Spring 2026 CS2 tournament.
