Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk believes that to defeat their main opponents at the Esports World Cup 2026,
Team Spirit players need to improve their preparation by 10% from their current level.
The player made this statement on Twitch.
“I think we’re playing pretty well right now, provided we prepare thoroughly for specific teams that, based on practice sessions and previous tournaments, are the best in this competition. If we play 10% better than we do now, we’ll crush them all without giving them a chance.”
According to Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk, the team is currently showing a decent level of preparation, but in order to beat their main opponents without giving them a chance to win, the team needs to improve its form a little more. The esports player also believes that the role of coach suits Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov better, since the former
Team Spirit captain can now focus more on team strategies without worrying about his own gameplay.
“Miposhka as a coach is the same person, but he looks more at things outside the game and is more relaxed in his work. He can talk a lot about Dota—it’s something he’s always loved. He can talk about lanes for 8 hours straight and come up with all sorts of ideas for Dota. I think that suits him better.”

Team Spirit’s loss on the second map against
