Nicholas Lim “zeal” Eng Han, the offlaner of
Yakutou Brothers, explained that he didn’t mean to offend Alexander “Rue” Filin from
Team Spirit — it was just a friendly joke refering to their shared pub game.
He told this in a comment to CyberMeta.
“I wrote ‘sosi’ in the chat with Team Spirit because me and rue were in a public game, and he wrote that to me as a joke, so it was just a friendly gesture. I did the same to let him know that I still remember what he teached me”
According to him, the “sosi” message during the match vs
Team Spirit wasn’t ment as an insult. Instead, it was a friendly callback to their pub, where Rue sent him the same line.
Zeal stressed that there is no conflict between the players, and it was all just friendly banter.
It’s also worth mentioning that earlier Denis “Larl” Sigitov honestly spoke about
Team Spirit win, pointing out
BetBoom Team mistake.
