Larl spoke honestly about Team Spirit’s victory, pointing out BetBoom Team’s mistake

Denis “Larl” Sigitev, the midlaner of Team Spirit, said that BetBoom Team messed up their drafts and couldn’t really play the heroes they picked, which is why they lost to them at PGL Wallachia Season 6.

The champion said this on the Telegram channel, comenting on the victory in the match.

“The match with BetBoom Team is over. We won 2:0. In the first game the oponents had Viper as the last pick. Probably not a very good choise. Or they should have played somehow diferent. Our Ursa had freefarm. Maybe it was a bit hard in the begining. But a couple of good fights — and it was hard for the enemy to win with Monkey King. In the second game it was a similar situation. They decided to suprise, last–picked Mars. They decided to play something non–standard. Didn’t work. We got into playoffs. For two days we’ll only play and do nothing else”

Larl stressed that on both maps BetBoom Team overthought their draft and couldn’t play their heroes well. According to him, Viper and Monkey King were not the best choise, so on the first map his team had easy farm. On the second map, the midlaner noted, the oponents again wanted to suprise with their pick, but lost again.

The Dota 2 world champion also added that the team managed to break through into the play-off and they are going to prepare hard to win.
