Phantom Lancer has become the worst hero in Dota 2 following the release of patch 7.37. After the balance changes, the hero lost almost 10% of his win rate in matchmaking.
Information obtained from DotaBuff website shows this.
Phantom Lancer lost a little over nine and half percentage points of win rate within less than an hour since the upgrade went live. This resulted in his performance reducing to 43.32% meaning that he is currently the weakest pick for matchmaking.

It could be due to a complete overhaul of
Phantom Lancer innate ability, Illusory Armaments. Instead of increasing damage, these items now provide just sixty five per cent of the previous speed bonus.
Moreover, there have been some nerfs on
Phantom Lancer powers. The spirit lance abilities were changed by Valve reducing the illusion damage and item bonuses that could cause reduction in hero’s win rates.
Recall back when valve had released patch 7:37 which highlights heroes’ stats being completely reworked as well as Roshan being tampered with and Iron Talon being reintroduced into the game.
