Timbersaw became the worst hero in Dota 2 after patch 7.41b, posting a winrate of only 42.36%.

This is according to data from DotaBuff

Despite several buffs, the hero still struggles to perform well. Three of Timbersaw abilities received damage boosts, but even that wasn’t enough to save his winrate. While the buffs helped slightly improve his effectiveness, he remains one of the weakest picks in Dota 2 matchmaking

The situation isn’t much better for Nature's Prophet, who loses about 57% of matches, though his winrate is improving slightly more than Timbersaw.
