Valve still plans to release the Battle Pass, - Maelstorm

Vladimir "Maelstorm" Kuzminov reported that he received information that Valve allegedly plans to release a Battle Pass this year.

The Dota 2 commentator shared this information on his Telegram channel.

"I heard rumors that there will be a battle pass... okay, let's see"

According to him, the developers may release a full-fledged Battle Pass instead of the 2025 Compendium. However, Maelstorm himself is not yet sure whether Valve really has such plans. Nevertheless, such insider rumors have been circulating for a long time, despite the fact that Valve has long abandoned the practice of releasing Battle Passes.

Also, the Dota 2 developers have not yet made any official announcements or statements about the possible return of the Battle Pass.
