Valve may release a new patch for Dota 2 as early as this week

Valve may release an update or patch to Dota 2 as early as this week, which may be indicated by the constant work on the game's experimental server.

Such information was shared by the insider Telegram channel Pulse Thoughts.

“Dota will have an update coming out this week. Why I think so.

- Valve has been updating hidden and experimental servers for a long time, EVEN on weekends.

- Right now, a week-long break between tournaments is obviously the best time to release something.

I don't know if it'll be a patch or just some chest rolling out, but somehow I'm pretty sure there will be something.”

It is noted that there is no official information yet, but it is indicated that there is active work being done with the experimental Dota 2 server even on weekends. However, it is also possible that instead of a big update or patch Valve may release another chest with a set of sets on heroes.

Recall that earlier dataminer revealed that Valve may release a replacement for Battle Pass 2025.
