Valve added a new mechanic to CS2, while the last Dota 2 patch came out more than two months ago

Valve added a new mechanic to CS2 now stickers can be applied to weapons using charms.

The feature appeared shortly before the start of StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 and is already available to all players. To use it, a player needs to place any sticker into a special protector and attach it to their weapon

If desired, the charm can be removed at any time without losing the sticker. The consumable item used to create this cosmetic can be found in the “Tools” tab, and the cost of one protector is around $0.45, though the price may vary depending on the player’s region

Many Dota 2 fans were surprised that CS2 has already received several updates with new maps, gameplay changes, and even new mechanics, while Dota 2 hasn’t had a letter patch for more than two months.
