Chen and
Dragon Knight received the most powerful nerfs in Patch 7.35d among all Dota 2 heroes, which has already negatively impacted their win rates, pushing them out of the meta.
According to data from Dotabuff,
Dragon Knight was particularly affected, with his win rate dropping by 2.61% in just a few hours.
Changes to Chen in Patch 7.35d:
PENITENCE
Movement slow reduced from 12/20/28/36% to 12/18/24/30%
DIVINE FAVOR
Bonus armor reduced from 12/16/20/24 to 9/12/15/18
Due to these significant changes in
Chen abilities, he has seen a notable decrease in win rate from 46.34% to 46.08%. Previously, he was incredibly popular in Divine and Immortal ranks, but after such a nerf, he may lose popularity.
Changes to Dragon Knight in Patch 7.35d:
ELDER DRAGON FORM
Illusions returning to human form no longer have dragon attack effects
Poison attack duration reduced from 5 to 3 seconds
TALENTS
Level 15 talent: Health bonus reduced from 400 to 300
In just a few hours after the release of Patch 7.35d,
Dragon Knight win rate dropped from 51.45% to 48.82%. The hero was strong in matches across various ranks, and now he is likely falling out of the Dota 2 meta.

Recall that Valve previously released Patch 7.35d, which made changes to the stats and abilities of many heroes, as well as item statistics.
