Valve has released a new patch 7.35d for Dota 2, which introduced several new features to the game. However, the main novelty, the release of Ring Master, has not yet occurred.
The corresponding announcement appeared on the official Dota 2 website.
Players have been provided with two main features in the 7.35d update:
Users with a Dota Plus subscription can now see information about found matches and reject them without consequences.
Now, each player chooses and bans four heroes before starting the matchmaking process, one of which will be guaranteed to be banned in that game.

GENERAL CHANGES
Experience bonus for stacked creeps reduced from 30% to 25%.
MUD GOLEM
Gold bounty reduced by 3.
SATYR BANISHER
Gold bounty reduced by 2.
ITEM CHANGES
BLACK KING BAR
Avatar: cooldown increased from 90 to 95 seconds.
DIVINE RAPIER
Damage bonus reduced from 350 to 100.
No longer provides +25% spell damage by default.
Now can be toggled between two modes: one grants an additional +250 damage, and the other grants +25% spell damage. Toggle cooldown: 6 seconds.
EYE OF SKADI
Health bonus increased from 220 to 250.
Mana bonus increased from 220 to 250.
HELM OF THE DOMINATOR
Dominate: now grants gold equal to the bounty for killing the creeps when taking them under control.
HELM OF THE OVERLORD
Dominate: now grants gold equal to the bounty for killing the creeps when taking them under control.
JAVELIN
Pierce: proc chance reduced from 30% to 25%.
MAELSTROM
Chain Lightning: proc chance reduced from 30% to 25%.
GLEIPNIR
Chain Lightning: proc chance reduced from 30% to 25%.
MJOLLNIR
Chain Lightning: proc chance reduced from 30% to 25%.
MAGIC STICK
Energy Charge: cooldown increased from 13 to 17 seconds.
MAGIC WAND
Energy Charge: cooldown increased from 13 to 15 seconds.
MANTA STYLE
Mirror Image: cooldown increased from 30 to 34 seconds.
NULL TALISMAN
Mana regeneration bonus increased from 0.75/1.5 to 1/2.
OBLIVION STAFF
Mana regeneration bonus reduced from 1.25 to 1.
ORCHID MALEVOLENCE
Mana regeneration bonus reduced from 3.5 to 3.25.
Intelligence bonus reduced from 12 to 10.
Soul Burn: mana cost increased from 100 to 125.
BLOODTHORN
Intelligence bonus reduced from 15 to 10.
Soul Rend: mana cost increased from 100 to 125.
PARASMA
Witch Blade: intelligence-based damage multiplier reduced from 1 to 0.75.
REVENANT'S BROOCH
Phantom Province: no longer allows critical strikes.
SHADOW BLADE
Shadow Walk: duration increased from 14 to 17 seconds.
SILVER EDGE
Shadow Walk: duration increased from 14 to 17 seconds.
NEUTRAL ITEM CHANGES
ROYAL JELLY
Consume: cooldown reduction duration reduced from 10 to 8 seconds.
Consume: health restoration per charge increased from 2 to 2.5.
Consume: mana restoration per charge increased from 1 to 1.25.
GROVE BOW
Attack range bonus reduced from 100 to 75.
LIGHT COLLECTOR
Movement speed bonus reduced from 10% to 5%.
Unclouded: penalty to bonuses when near trees increased from 50% to 75%.
DOUBLOON
Flip: mana mode now increases mana regeneration bonus by 50% (from 2.5 to 3.75).
Flip: health mode now increases health regeneration bonus by 50% (from 5 to 7.5).
