Edgar "9Class" Naltakyan, a support player for
Tundra Esports, revealed that Ludwig "zai" Wahlberg, the new general manager of the club, doesn't work closely with the team but sometimes helps with drafts and motivates the players.
This was shared by the esports player during an interview at the Elite League.
"I don't know what zai does outside the team. We don't work closely with him. Sometimes he comes in and helps us with drafts. He also says a few nice words and motivates us, and that's it. I don't know what else he does"
Based on 9Class's words, the new general manager doesn't handle coaching duties but occasionally assists the team with advice. However, as Zai himself mentioned, he planned to try his hand at a new role focusing on organizational matters related to the team's comfort.
It's worth noting that Zai previously announced his return to Dota 2, not as a player for
Team Liquid, but as the general manager of
Tundra Esports.
