Ludwig "zai" Wåhlberg, after a long break from the professional Dota 2 scene, has unexpectedly joined Tundra Esports as the general manager.
The announcement was made on the official YouTube channel of the organization.
"I'm stepping into management, so I guess my role is the General Manager of Tundra Esports. For me, it's a completely different role; obviously, I've only played and been involved in Dota 2 as a player. So, for me, it's a completely different role, and perhaps that's one of the reasons why I found it interesting"
During an interview with Jake "SirActionSlacks" Kanner, he talked about his career and the decision to take on the role of general manager at Tundra Esports.

It's noteworthy that despite his relatively young age at 26, he was offered such a position in the esports organization.
"I felt that returning as a player or maybe even as a coach didn't particularly interest me. But coming in with different responsibilities and job features, it's something new for me and is a bit of a challenge compared to what I did before, so it's very exciting"
Recall that after The International 2023, zai left Team Liquid and took a break from the professional Dota 2 scene. His decision to return to esports and take on a managerial role has surprised many fans.
