Ivan "Pure" Moskalenko stated that
Tundra Esports managed to qualify for DreamLeague Season 23 despite facing difficulties against
Team Liquid.
The corresponding statement from
Tundra Esports' carry was made in a video addressed to fans on his personal Telegram channel, commenting on the results of the closed qualifiers for the DreamLeague Season 23 tournament in Western Europe..
"Well, guys, another qualifier has been conquered. Not without losses this time:
Team Liquid crushed us hard, 0:2, of course. But, as you can see, we did it. Tomorrow we'll be playing another qualifier."
Tundra Esports lost to
Team Liquid in the upper bracket semifinal match of the closed qualifiers but managed to reach the grand final of the lower bracket, where the team secured the second slot in DreamLeague Season 23 by defeating
OG. As a result, the two slots allocated for the region were divided between
Tundra Esports and
Team Liquid.
