Ilya "Illidan" Pivtsev stated that due to the conflict between Ivan "Pure~" Moskalenko and Egor "Nightfall" Grigorenko, the
BetBoom Team roster couldn't perform well, leading to the replacement of the esports player.
The corresponding statement was made by the
Team Spirit streamer in an exclusive comment to the Metaratings publisher.
"It is no secret that there was a conflict between Pure and Nightfall in the team. In the conditions of its prolonged continuity, I don't think anyone in the team could play well (I mean, compared to their average level). MieRo, from what I've heard about him and encountered in matchmaking, is an adequate person who knows how to adjust when needed and sometimes carry the game. I didn't know if he would be better than Pure in
BetBoom Team, but Matvey really fit the team very well."
The streamer also noted that Matvey "MieRo" Vasyunin not only integrated well with the other members of the
BetBoom Team lineup but also generally has a great game sense. Illidan highlights that the offlaner of
BetBoom Team can now be considered one of the strongest, as he manages to anticipate almost every move of the opponent. The streamer believes that
Kunkka was the esports player's strongest hero in the DreamLeague Season 22 championship.

It is worth reminding that earlier, Matvey "MieRo" Vasyunin revealed the main reason for his success in the
BetBoom Team lineup.
