A record has been set in Dota 2 with a match featuring the highest average MMR rating in the game's history. Thanks to the presence of several renowned esports players, the average MMR reached 13,755.
This information comes from the STRATZ portal.
The record was set due to the presence of top players from the European ladder, including Alimzhan "Watson" Islambekov, Alexander "Torontotokyo" Hirtak, Ammar "ATF" Al-Assaf, Yegor "Nightfall" Grigorenko, and several other prominent players.

The team led by Watson emerged victorious, leaving their opponents with no chance of winning. The entire enemy base was destroyed while Malr1ne and ATF didn't even have the opportunity to approach the high ground. Given that there are already esports players who have reached 15,000 MMR, it's possible that this record will be broken again, with the average rating exceeding 14,000.
Previously, TORONTOKYO set an unfortunate global Dota 2 record at Riyadh Masters 2024.
