Alexander “TORONTOTOKYO” Hertek believes that moderate conflicts should be in every team. As an example, the player cited the situation when teammates avoid frank conversations in order not to offend anyone.

“In every team there should be conflicts, but at an adequate level. For example, you don't like something, but you don't want to hurt that person. You think you're going to stilt that person, so you don't say anything to them, even though that information could have made them better.”

Alexander “TORONTOTOKYO” Hertek also believes that teams are often hurt by factors such as players being uncertain and uncommitted, as well as a lack of demanding teammates. However, the player sees one source of all these problems in the form of teammates' lack of trust in each other.

“The next vice of the team is optionality. That's a big one too. Uncertainty and optionality is also very bad. Next we have undemandingness towards others.
