Andrey “Tn1r” Tatarinovich stated that Team Spirit’s CS2 roster is working simultaneously on two aspects of developing team gameplay, and having two coaches helps the team in this regard.

Acording to Andrey “Tn1r” Tatarinovich, Sergey “hally” Shavaev is primarily responsible for macro-management, shaping the team’s overall gameplay and strategies, while Dmitry “S0tF1k” Forostyanko is responsible for micro-management, working to help each individual player develop their gameplay.
