This announcement was made on the Telegram channel of the reputable dataminer "Dota Stepan."

"The Dota Plus season update has been moved to March 5 Therefore, the upcoming 'Fallen Crown' will be released on March 5-6."

Last year, the developers of Dota 2 officially introduced an update called the "Fallen Crown." It appears that this patch will include not only the new hero Ringmaster but also arcanas for Vengeful Spirit and Skywrath Mage.
